As today is the second anniversary of Marcello's death I thought I would pass on this link one of his friends sent me. If you have a few spare quid lying around then please feel free to donate (or not). There is no pressure or obligation and I remain very grateful for your previous generosity.
Thanks Mike, you're a doll. You could send it to me and I'll make sure it gets to my secret Cayman Islands bank account there or you (or your mum) could send a cheque here.
No problem, verno. I still have your address in my email account from last time I sent you a donation for Marcello, actually.
Obv I don't wanna write your address on here, but you do still live at number 7? (ie the same address you lived at two years ago?) If so, I'll send you cash, as I can't send cheques either!
Well done Verno - Wish i could afford to give more though Frown
I think the fact you donated is admirable regardless of the amount Juventino. £100 or £1, it's a bit of a cliché but it really is the thought that counts here
ONCE I LIVED IN CAPITALS, MY LIFE INTENSELY PHALLIC. but now i'm sadly lowercase with the occasional italic.
Sorry, the past coupla days I've been frantically preparing to move to Uni, and the Marcello thing completely slipped my mind - I've just posted it, so it should be with you first thing Monday.
I organised the charity donation site in memory of Marcello. I have just been on the site to see how it was going and wasn't aware Verno had posted a link on the site. Thanks for that Verno and thanks to everyone who has donated. The charity funds research into Sudden Adult Death and into undetected conditions that can trigger it. I'm hoping we can raise some more and I will let you know when I know the total. Thanks again.
