there is no 1 standout player this year the teams been outstanding From Barzagli Zaccardo Grosso to Corini to Brienza Zauli to Luca Toni. Problems with Siena is that Luca Toni is Suspended and we dont have a striker Farias has been crap and such a flop that he might not even Start, Instead maybe Our Prima Vera Striker Pietro Balistreri will start

Zauli is one of the best players I have ever seen. Whenever he has not been injured in his career, he has always played like he is now. Stats are impressive. Apparently (not 100% sure) Palermo never lost if he started the game!!! I think Barzagli is player of the season. He is 23 and he is leasing the 3rd defence in Serie A. He is a pleasure to see him on the pitch.

Forgot to say that last week I played football with the agent of Balistreri (just 18) and he claims he is a very good young player. I suspect Guidolin might put him on during the next game (he played the last 5 minutes against Milan in the cup). Hopefully we are up for a big surprise?
