You are right. Henrik would be a good move. But why 3 months? Why not for the whole season? That would be a better option for Manu imo.

So I wasn't totally wrong... Razz

I find the word 'exclusive' pretty funny, as if hundreds of news agencies were queueing up to hear Paul Parker's take on things.

I expect big names to be linked with the job like Curbishley, Christian Gross, Glenn Hoddle, Dave Bassett, Colin Todd and Ron Jeremy.

Redknapp would manage West Ham, then leave for Chelsea and get them relegated only to return to West Ham. That's his usual routine.

Two of those have been linked already...Claudio 'I want another job' Ranieri and Sven Goran 'Got to keep my name in the papers' Erikkson both talked themselves into the frame without anyone else thinking of them today too Roll Eyes

Curbs it is then, I'd be well happy with that if I was a Hammer. I felt sorry for Pardew to be honest, he got so much stick when he was first there then turns it round after last season now he's got the chop. I suppose it makes sense though before the January transfer window. Classic players should lump most of the blame example in my opinion

Newcastle could make a half-decent side out of injured players right now...

Harper
Carr Moore Bramble Bernard
Dyer Parker Emre Duff
Sibierski Owen

Ameobi and Solano as subs...

Just come back from Villa v Man Utd, and think I've just seen the 2006/07 champions. Utd didn't need to get out of 2nd gear - if they wanted to, I'm sure they could have scored 10. Rio was immense, Neville had great game too but Scholes, Ronaldo and Giggs were awesome.

The good times could be back at Old Trafford. Big Grin
Villa have been dissapointing of late, Mr Lerner's cash will come in handy.
Funnily enough Lerner's and the Glazer's American football teams also face off tonight.

Can someone explain why Villa (and others) are willing to pay almost £10m for Ashley Young? I mean, he looks alright...but, not £10m...

Same reason Arsenal paid £12m for Theo Walcott: Potential. Dangerous game admittedly and you are right to infer that this value is inflated.

Can't say I've ever seen him, but Graham Taylor says he'll be better than Ronaldinho and his opinion is good enough for me!
