Pessotto cade dalla finestra della sede Juve: è grave

TORINO - L' ex giocatore e ora dirigente della Juventus Gianluca Pessotto è precipitato dalla finestra della sede della Juventus, a Torino. E' stato trasportato in gravi condizioni all'ospedale Molinette. Il calciatore aveva un rosario in mano.

Fabio Cannavaro ha appreso dell'incidente di Gianluca Pessotto mentre era in conferenza stampa a Duisburg. Il capitano azzurro ha subito interrotto l'incontro con i giornalisti.

Did he jump or was he pushed? You don't fall out of windows!

It's a very bizarre situation.
Hopefully he'll pull through and live to tell the tale though.

He is not in danger and was conscious when found. However some reprts say he was found with as rosary in his hands. He fell between 2 cars, very strange.

If it was attempted suicide, what was it that made him suicidal?

I wish him a full recovery

Seems so strange... he'd just become team manager i think, or had been given position at Juve. Wonder what on earth drove him to it..

Sounds like suicide if he was clutching rosary beads. But I don't know what happened and i'm not going to speculate.

I hope he recovers soon.

Very strange.

I hope he makes a full recovery. He seemed a nice enough chap even when considering the company that he kept.

If he wished to commit suicide why would he jump off in public from the Juve building? I'm no expert on suicides but I've never heard of anyone attempting to kill themselves in their place of work.
It doesn't make sense.
But anyway all the best to Pessotto and his family and wish him a speedy recovery.

And from only the second floor?

This is a very, very strange story. Italian football gets stranger and stranger.

Yet another strange story to hit Italian football, and even more surprising as Pessotto has always seemed a stable person to me. I wish him all the best.

Shocking story.

Seems strange, as Michael said, that you'd jump from only a second floor window, seems stranger that you'd simply 'fall out' of one.

Regardless of speculation, a great professional and seems a nice guy, I wish him well.

I've read that he's been suffering from depression lately due to his recent retirement, but that's to be confirmed.

Football rivalries vanish in circumstances like this. Get well soon, Luca.
