This is hardly new, is it? Knowing his modus operandi, I'm surprised other clubs are comtemplating hiring him. Unless they want to do a "Juventus" and start winning Scudetto.

Hardly new you say but the evidence this time is damning.

People are talking of relegation to Serie B for Juve.

Moggi to be banned from working in Italian football.

It's only going to get better.

Summer friendlies my ass. A fantastic few days and weeks ahead. Squirm gobbi, your number is up.

While i detest juve and love the thought of them being relegated.I'm sick of the scandals that constantly rock italian football. It needs to get it's house in order.Don't see it happening.

yeah but Chuckie you forget that Inter have been known to give out gifts to refs and linesman on many occasions. Every club does it or has done it. Not trying to justify it in anyway, I think it's a disgrace but don't think that Inter are sweet and innocent

ADP 06/07 - 23 goals

217 not out!!!!!!!!

In 2000 there was an inquiry after Franco Sensi admitted to giving the ref designators Rolexes worth £40,000. The inquiry also found that Inter gave similar 'gifts' to linesmen and refs. Inquiry closed with no action being taken and noone being sacked, it was just accepted...
And I think it did make the newspapers in 2000.

Inter also tried to bribe refs and linesmen in the 60's - IIRC fachetti was involved.

That was the reason for Il Grande Inter Wink

So what your implying is that because it was so long ago it's not worth worrying about? and, like I said, facchetti was involved and he is now your president Wink
Oh, and that was in your 'glory' era, doesn't that tell you something?

I am saying it doesn't matter because it happened so long ago. It was done so long ago. What are we going to do? Who are we going to punish?
Shall we give Fachetti a life long ban from ever playing football again?
How about Berlusconi? I heard he's not the straightest guy...

Blah Blah Blah. For some reason, this doesn't bother me to much and I am not a Juve fan. Of all their alleged stuff thru the years, this seems the least of anything substantial. Asking for certain refs in friendlies and a Cl qualifier?

Call me when they get soemthing bigger. Obviously the CL games don't matter to much with the refs, they lose anyways Big Grin

Everybody Wang Chung tonight

Perhaps Don Silvio is not the straightest guy. But my point is that I find it hypocritical that you are moaning about bribery etc when your team was guilty of it inthe past. And just to cap it off, your president was one of the main culprits.

Lets apply this to human history. You are saying the equivalent of, "You cant complain about Tony Blair murdering someone, Mr Egypt, because Tutankhamen did in the year 3000 BC (or whatever)".

It is a time before I was alive. Before all but a few posters on here were watching football. There's only so far back you can go. Will Inter fans NEVER be able to complain about corruption? Not even in 100 years time? Just because of something that happened in the 60s?
You have one of the most corrupt leaders/businessmen about so making any sort of accusation at anyone else should cause you great embarrassment.

never heard of the concept of prescription. Your club's owner is an expert on that matter. Ask him

Factually incorrect. Oh dear.

Because it happened before you were born that makes it ok then does it?
I think there is a big difference between 3000bc and 40 years Roll Eyes and, like I said, the main perpetrator(sp?) is in charge of your club Wink
You can live in denial if you want, but it happened

I don't think anyone is arguing with you on that. My point is that your fans are saying "we're clean, we've never been involved in this sort of thing etc" when you have in the past. And to cap it off it was your president who was involved.
