yeh ur spot on duncan, milan need younger players that offer a bit more pace and freshness to the first team at the moment it sems stagnant whether thats the coach or the players, who knows? But i feel a fresh injection, like zaccardo, abidal and mayb some1 like ribery!!

My thoughts exactly. Kaladze had really done well at CB. But it would be good to have additional cover (read younger). Bazargli would be excellent, though I read somewhere that the Palermo president does not like Milan, or Galliani. So may be palermo may not sell. Like you said, I believe changes needed aren't much. A couple of defenders, a holding midfielder ( I like Diarra) and we should be okay.

If you have 11 strikers, you can even ask them to defend. But if you have 11 defenders, you will never attack the other team.

How good is Sneijder(sp?). Yes we don't need Diarra, but he would be an important addition. He's like a wall in front of defence and quite skilful. Note how he kept Kaka out and scores as well. At 25million however I doubt Milan would buy, but he's worth it. That said, the priority is the defence.
