No, I haven't forgotten about her. I don't think she'll win. Her game isn't suited to the hard court, when she comes up against a hard court specialist (Davenport beat her 6-0 6-0 on a hard court earlier this year) she'll get beaten in straight sets. She's one dimensional & the top players have figured that out & know how to play her & beat her.

Yeh she is pretty one dimensional. I think her movement is pretty limited, and her game plan is just to hit the ball harder when things aren't working. I watched her against Venus in WB semi and she just didn't know what to do when Venus was matching her best tennis.
Well if you compare her to that other teen sensation Martina Hingis, she had so many shots that could dazzle her opponents & if she couldn't over power them but she could run them down by consistently getting the ball back in court moving her opponent from side to side. Hingis always had a b-plan. Sharapova's plan is to blast the ball & hope for the best.
She got beat of Davenport 6-0 6-0 when she was the #2 player & Dav was #1. I don't think that scoreline between the top two has happened before.

Well I'm sure Roger Federer a breathed a huge sigh of relief now that his biggest threat has gone. Ok probably not. I see that the scoreline was 7-6 7-6 7-6, so I take it that this Muller guy has a big serve too. Roddick always gets a tough time from fellow big servers, I wonder why that is...

There, that typifies what a brat he's been. After all the "Ssshhhhh" gestures and all his boasting about how he's "proved my doubters wrong, that I am fit enough", he's gone and got his just desserts. What will he say to the press now?
I wanted him to win this match though, because if he got far in the tournament then BBCi will finally relieve us non-Digital 20th century cloth-heads of our lack of tennis action.
Murray's certainly got the talent, but not the personality and mentality that the sport needs. What he needs is to grow up if he wants to save British tennis from ominous extinction.
Looked like his body caved in on him. Lets face it he's not exactly Nadal (have you seen him?! shirt looks painted on him ). He did well to take it to 5 sets though.

This is one match I would've even given a pack of bourbon biscuits to watch. But, as it is, I don't have sky.
Wonder where Blake's sudden burst of form has come from. A good thing to come out of it, is that it makes Rusedski's first round loss to him not appear as bad.
