It's seems years since i have been on here. Been really busy at Uni. But how much things have changed from when i last wrote on here is amazing!! Bresciano and Simplicico getting goals consistently and although we lost to udinese who can fault the run we have had to get ourselves clear of the pit. Oli G has created a parma fc club..shouldn't he be writing on here then? lol Anyway the league looks good but the owner situation, well doesn't look as clear as ever. It bores me to see rumours and so and so is interested again but i want a firm foundation which appears non existant.
It hurts to say, but i want you to stay.

Hello Mike, still doing the rounds ay. Oh yeah for the record Parma Reggina today. I am expecting a win today to be perfectly honest lookin at past recent performances, but this is Parma...

I swear he cannot stop scoring goals. marco Bresciano just keeps knockin them in and keeps sendin us further up the table away from the pit. Amazing stuff

I know it was amazing stuff i can't believe the score. First time we have scored 4 for a few years easy. The days when Contini scores a penalty is a day when Parma can take it easy and are cruising.

Cheap, its beena while since i came back here and i don't know where the rest of the people who used to post in here have gone, how annoying? Have they dried up like Parma's cash? Anyway Sampdoria at the weekend who are 3 points behind us at the moment but are jointly a place behind us in the league. I am amazed we are securely 10th without a proper goalscorer and a top goalkeeper with whom we had last season. I cannot believe what the team have done it is such a difference from the last time we played Sampdoria and i was there at the Tardini in the cold watching an unfortunate draw. I looked at the players and just thought this season would not be pretty and with no owner nor would the future. But look how things change Bresciano has pulled his finger out and Simplicico has become our top goalscorer has ensured our push up the league. Being away from home with us on the back of a crusing victory and Sampdoria not really performing i am quietly confident about this fixture. But Sampdoria fans will be desperate for a vcitory against us to get a top half finish at least after thinking about Europe at the beggining of the season.

Was so happy we did Sampdoria yesterday, i like them but obviously its always about number one. Corradi penalty and a last minute Bresciano finish sends 3 points to the tardini. Parma are now showing all the highlights from thier games free from the website so if you fancy a look at Bresciano's top quality celebration stances i suggest you go for it. I've never been so happy with mid table mediocrity in my life Shame the same can't be said for Charlton

Just saw an article on C4 about Marchionni, Tavano and Inzaghio could be part of this new Italia squad for Lippi. I can't help but feel as if Marchionni is a suprise, the guy is incredible. Everything you would want from a winger pace, skill, creativity, a mean range of passing and can score goals. Camoranesi has nothing on him. It has got to an extent where i would be so suprised if Marchionni was not in the squad. Shame he is off to Juve on a free, but if we had sold him in January just to get a little bit of cash so we could have claimed something i don't think we would be in the position we are i now. That's how much he has effected the season. Sacraficed for a free to Juve. Heres to hoping he does not have his career wasted.

There's a story in the latest Calcio Italia mag all about being a long suffering Parma fan, written by a bloke called Andy.
Have I put 2 and 2 together and got 17, or are you a star, PFA?

Looks like Parma are finally going to be taken over in the summer. Maybe they won't sell the likes of Frey?

Does anyone know if Parma have been taken over yet? It's looking pretty bad for them, they look certain to go down. Hope I'm wrong but made a big mistake letting the manager go in the summer.

It took me while to find this thread, kinda surprised to see it all the way down here but I found, so......... ....Claudio Ranieri, the Tinkerman, has been brought in, in charge. Surely this is a very good move for Parma!? About time a high profile person in football turned up at the Tardini? What do you lot think about it?
Allez Sedan!!

It seems like Ranieri is working his magic. Parma from looking doomed at one stage have been on an incredible run.

I have always had a soft spot for Parma - ever since having watched them win Uefa or Cup Winners Cup back in the 90s at Wembley (cant remember which!) 2 reasons for me why you're gonna stay up - Giuseppe Rossi and Claudio Ranieri. Rossi is a future superstar - his touches remind me of great players I darent mention on here for fear of being shot down in flames. But this boy is not gonna be just ur average professional. Ranieri is a manager to be admired and for me laid the foundations Mourinho is now benefitting from. Remember he didnt speak a word of English when he first went to Chelsea. I wish Parma a lot of luck.....
Deep down - everyone wishes they were Italian...

Great to see Parma stay up. An incredible run in the latter stages of the season. Had Ranieri been there earlier they may have been pushing for a European spot.
