I think it might be best to create a new thread for each round and to keep this thread for the marking.
Perhaps the nice FI Ed could make this thread a sticky so that it doesn't disappear off the face of the earth. Last year, during the break between the group stages and the knock-out rounds, the CL Predictions thread was culled because it had been allowed to disappear from the front page and all the marks were lost.
