This game always confuses me. How come I lost £15 in a week?

From what I can see, you lost £10 in Week 8 by betting on a Milan - Palermo draw and you didn't bet at all on the midweek games, therefore losing another £5.

Ive never opened this thread before...whats the general premise? Are you genuinely having a bet where money will exchange hands? If so, im quite disappointed i didnt pay attention sooner

No money changes hands mikey. Some clever person posts the odds offered on all the Serie A matches each week and we 'bet' on one outcome from one match. Each player starts the season with'£100' (or 100 points, if you prefer). Each player must bet a minimum of '£1' each gameweek. Players may not bet more than '£10' at any one time. If a player does not post a bet they are docked '£5'. Some even cleverer person -juventino- marks it.

I think it's cool for new players to join during the season, but you have to start with the same money as the person who's currently bottom of the league.

After Week 9 that was Raj on 119.50, but we've yet to have Week 10's credits / deductions calculated so that might be higher or lower. We all started on 150.00 from Week 1.
