Hya, i think i dont look that bad with makeup on but i dont wanna wear it all the time cause it will give me spots, but i have really red toned cheeks and i go red easy when anyone talks to me so i darnt go out with out foundation and it makes me feel false! I heard it was broken capilleries in my face or toxins! What can i do to make then go away! I havent got alot of money though! But if there was a permenent solution what would it be and how much then i could save! But what creams do people recomend in the short term? Or is there any foods i should be eating to help?
Thank you, Kayleigh.

I would try using tinited moisturiser which may hide them slighty and doesnt feel as heavy as foundation. Broken capillaries can be hereditry or caused by sun damage and also alcohol and smoking doesnt help! To get rid of them you would probably need laser treatment or go and see a beauty therapist becasue electrolysis can also help but these are pricey!

Kay - I have your problem.

I worked outside for many years, and am also a smoker and I love me wine, and it's left me with broken veins and red cheeks.

The BEST thing I've found is a green tinted moisturiser, that balances out the red, and makes your skin much more even. It doesn't feel like foundation, or make-up, you don't even know it's there.

The one I use is Boot No7 colour calming base, and it works a treat - it looks a bit alarming when you first put it on, but if you blend it in really well, you'll notice a huge difference.
