I don't need a boob job, I don't need liposuction and I'm too young for a facelift. I would think about having them done if it meant I'd have more confidence.

It's basically so I can look back and think that I looked good. It's all for me. My Fiance isn't too bothered about it...But I just want to feel pretty everytime i smile...as I need fillings in most of my teeth....
