On a recent bikini special episode i saw the nine rule or something.. I want to know what it is.. You measure your hips and then you thighs and then divide them or something... But i cant really remember it... Can anyone?? x

Wasn't it your waist is 7/10 compared to your hips....can't remember how they worked it out though
