A couple of things; firstly why do old women colour their hair strange colours particularly blue, are they trying to look like a Simpsons character and secondly… do the collars match the cuffs?

Bright blue can complent darker clolours. lol.

Perhaps it's in a state of rebellion - they're trying to be rebellious to get they're youth back! lol.
