Smile I would love Andrew Barton to have a look at my hair(WITHOUT LAUGHING. I get fed up when you go to a hairdresser with long hair and the first thing they want to do is cut it.
He is the first hairdresser I have seen who likes long hair. Has anyone ever been to his salon? and is it expensive?

he works in the main Saks in london the biggest 1 i cant remember were it is, my auntie got her hair done there, you have to make an appointment and everything i think it cost about £150 for layers and blonde and copper highlights.

IF ANDREW BARTON IS A HAIRDRESSER WHY IS HIS HAIR SO BAD?

Roll Eyes Thanks for the reply,
I thought it would be expensive to get your hair done there,
Wonder if the do it in installments Eek
But I think for one time only I would do it for a treat.
Maybe he hasn't got a mirror in his house for his own hair.

I think he is great at cutting the hair, but why use so many chemicals? He insists on colouring and recolouring the hair, and last nights he also did a chemical relaxant. Talk about damaging the hair? I don't like his methods and think expensive salons should be looking into less harsh ways, there are loads around now that work better than the very harsh chemicals he uses @ saks.

I agree Princess, what a transformation! I think this was 1 of the best episodes yet as you could see such a dramatic difference not only in her appearance but her whole being afterwards.

I personally think that Andrew Barton has done a fantastic job on the majority of the women on this programme. Ive just booked in myself by the way, only have to wait til the end of September for my first appointment!!! Roll Eyes

I really hope it's worth the wait, cos I can't wait!! Cool

I think this guy is great, however I was not keen on the hair extensions last week, I always think these are a bad idea in terms of maintenance...

Some of you have expressed disappointment that a hairdresser should cut off hair that you have spent time growing. Here’s a hint… don’t go to the hairdresser if you don’t want it to be made shorter.

A cut with andrew barton would cost alot more than £150. you will find he spends most of his time out of the salon. he is there international creative director and will spend time promoting the saks brand (i.e. ten years younger) do photo/fashions shoots, working on collections and education programme. At the end of the day saks is a francisee your not going to a get a andrew barton quality cut in all there salons. A saks salon in our town shut down after 6 months it was performing that badly
