Thats deceiving, despite having a hair of a 20 year old, I always thought she was in her late 30's, say 38, judging by her face, I now wish I could take her to the trading standards regarding her age

She has lovely straight hair, but obviously not a natural blonde.

Nicky is like some robotic unfeeling auto queue reader. There is no connection between her and the subject, or the viewers.

I think a warmer, more sympathetic presenter would be good. Someone who can empathise with the shock of being told you look 50 when you are actually 35.

Also, I think she looks and sounds a good deal older than 34.

Rubbish presenter.

Any suggestions for another presenter?
