im only 27 and the skin under my eyes hve lots of little wrinkles.creppiness i think its called. also the skine looks very thin. this iver very strage for my age. would lazer surgery or chemical peel help?? I read tat it can change the colour of the skin under your eyes. is it worth the risk?
