Wondered what to do with my security tag the shop assitant forgot to remove from my new shoes (bought in US).

Didnt notice it was still there till I got back to the UK.

Will my local retailer remove for me? Or do I need a hacksaw (grrrrr...!!!)

if its the same kinda tags used over here, you could try asking, just take the receipt or they might think you nicked them! lol

A pair of pliers should do it. Unless it's one of those ink filled jobbies.

Just like their Airports rubbish security in their shops too - FIGURES !!
Get hold of one of your local Asbo Lads, they'll know how to get your tag off.....

Didn't it set the alarm off when you left the shop? I'd leave it on, start a new fashion.

Yeh, somebody forgot to take a security tag off my new top. I didn't notice till i got home, and then I had to drive all the way back!
