Can someone please tell me what is the tint/lipstick which nicky used on a recent programme, She said that it tingles on your lips and brings the blood to the surface?

If you rotated a mouth by 90 degrees it would look so much better. By the way when she said that stuff about blood and tingling, I'm not sure she was talking about her face area.
