Can somebody help. When I'm wearing a lower cut top my chest area is always a different colour to my face. Do I need to put my foundation on my chest.

you could try using a lightr foundation or just abit less.
You could try using a tanning cream (garnier) that will help match your face xx

just thought of another which ive been doing
use ur normal foundation and just add alil bit of moisturizer like 'Olay'- it helps tone it down!

Be careful about using foundation on your decolletage because it could end up all over your top. Maybe a light dusting of bronzing powder would do the trick?
