nah! i was doing a diploma in computing (worth 3 alevels) and now im doing the certificate (worth 2 alevels) and cos im on the second year of my course, some of the units i did for the diplom last year count towards the certificate this year, so im not even really doing the certificate! im doing less than the other guy who's doing it! its much easier, but it does mean im away from college 3 days a week, and have two full days on mon and tues, although i dont really have to be in mon or tues morns! yay! I am a Geeket (although should it not be spelled 'Geekette', perhaps? ), but I keep it hidden beneath a kooky, Belle&Sebastian-cover image. I'm not quite the female equivalent of Moss, but not far away! I'm into science fiction, computer games, and am learning to program in Java. Also, I was very excited recently when I was offered a job analysing data for a stock market trading firm, and when I reply to people's emails I correct their typos. Am I geeky enough? (I wear glasses, if that helps) |
