nice level of mossiness about the episode, made it feel more like last season for me. 'we're an old married couple! we should be married to ladies, but we're married to each other!'
they moved the sofa... just so moss could jump on it and give his stagnating whinge.

the smoking segments where funny, enjoyed the equation with communist russia.

didn't like the copyright ad, was trying to be like the emergancy services one from season 1 but totally missed the mark.

matt berry, liked him in the mighty boosh and darkplace, but i'm still not sure about him in this.

Though I have to dissagree with you about the piracy bit...I thought that was so funny! "You wouldn't shoot a policeman...then steel his helmet!"
And I loved the way the whole episode came round full circle by the end about the DVD!
Funny when when Moss was like "Oh, you wanted to eat me! I'm so sorry to dissapoint you'

However, the piracy video was half and half for me, I found it hysterical to begin with but got a bit unfunny by the end.

It's not old-time "The IT Crowd" anymore. It has lost its 'charm'.
But I should say Linehan succeeded in reconstituting dark, creepy footages of USSR in 80-90s and Jen smoking scene bears a (very small) bit of resemblance of that time.

Love the Gorky Park references.

i just realised with this episode how much i have in common with roy, the 'people' quote and the trying to see the film without spoilers... willing to do almost anything fort the best picture/sound quality... i need to get out more...
