What I hate is how they say "gentle exercise" is supposed to relieve cramp. How gentle though? Gentle as in going for a light jog, or gentle as in walking over to the TV to change channels instead of using the remote?

no amount of exercise *looks at spelling and grumbles* helps... especially not karate... with a white gi! how quickly blood spreads through those things (not aunt irma i hasten to add)...

I'm usually doubled up in pain during my periods and trying to find where the nearest chocolate supply is to make me feel better.
I've found the only thing that gets rid of the pain is a hot water bottle (or a microwave bean bag)

I have been thinking about getting one of these mooncups. I looked on their website and there were posts from women who used the contents to paint pictures with!!! And another who boiled her cup in a saucepan to sterilise it!!! I'm still considering using one, but I keep laughing too much to be able to order one.

Does anyone else remember MoonCat? There's a rude joke in there somewhere but I am too timid to winkle it out properly.

Does snyone else suspect Aunt Irma comes from the film title Irma La Douce? Except they thought it was Irma La Douche....
