yes pms (pmt is just the psychological sypmtoms), 150 symptoms that mix and match each month... lasting anywhere from two days to two weeks... symptoms ranging from mild to severe... luckily stops as soon as irma appears. leading to at least two weeks of rational thinking..

unluckily, i get severe for two weeks... it can be like having a massive self-destruct button infront of you for a fortnight, with a little voice egging you on to press the button. sometimes worry i cross the line into pmdd...

it is kind of cool, we need the support... the blokes need to learn survival techniques...
