I for one would like to see Moss get threatened by muggers, and try to "shank them" with a USB flash drive, one with a retractable head. Then get tied to a chair with a RJ45 cable or something.

One of our new helpdesk operators had to call for an ambulance recently and in the panic accidentally forwarded the helpdesk phone to the emergency call number. I guess customers calling in to report their broken mice etc were getting "Please state the nature of your emergency" and "do you require medical assistance" etc. The customer would say, "oh I just have a problem with my computer" When the police arrived, we found out the problem.

I think Roy and Moss could do something with this. Maybe Roy has to visit a girl on another floor and forwards the phone to 999 while he's away. I think there's a gag in there somewhere. It was funny when it happened to us by accident.

I think they should have an episode where they have to interview some temporary help to like get thru a big project .. and you can have a LOT of fun with the characters they interview and how the IT crowd react to them ..

For instance have a very pretty female who obviously isn't very good with computers .. Jen wouldn't know, Roy would LIKE to hire her and Moss wouldn't ..

Or have a guy who IS very good who makes Roy & Moss nervous he would make them look bad .. so they try to subvert his efforts ..

Or have a guy who is just like Moss, and Roy and Jen see that but Moss doesn't think he's anything like Moss at all ..

etc etc .. lots of possibilites here ..

PS, also left out as possibilites:

Interviewing candidates from "low cost" countries who have heavy accents etc
and as a gag interview interview an american as one of the low cost candidates and the indignation the american goes thru as such (which is actually happenning these days).

Interview a much older person who like only knows DOS and older technologies but whom Roy and Moss find fascinating ...
