Me and my friend reckoned Dell... But I have never been on hold for more than 20 mins and they're always dead helpful Confused

That reminds me one of my friends managed to get in "Have you turned it off and on again?....Is it plugged in?" while they were at work doing help desk at a university. LOL

I dont have to worry about that. Its usually my boss loosing one of the toolbars from Outlook or cant work out how to copy something off a webpage for his research.
