Moss with the screwdriver as Bishop in Aliens

Roy screaming at Judy or Judi as the end of Invasion of the Body Snatchers

Any more?

According to something Graham Linehan wrote on the other IT Crowd site, Roy and Moss's efforts clambering over the other people at the stress class in episode 2 is from Laurel and Hardy!

I think there is some reference to hackers in there... but i tend to dream a lot.

Lots of the tings the Richmond does are from movies... such as the jumping from desk into a crouch position looking scared...
