Heya. Dont worry you havnt missed any episodes, its just the producers way of getting us to use our imagination with all these un answered questions. I think that Kim and Beth probably never saw or spoke to eachother after that time where Kim just ran off to help Sugar. Matts just weird, but i think it was a bit random for the writers to just change him like that and now he's a tranny too! lol. With regards to that night to remember i think that Stella was probably too wrapped up in herself and her stolen credit card, and Nathan was probably just his good old diplomatic self.
but there is at least one strange point on this year's plot: stella's pregnancy. in series 1, if i remember well, we were told nathan couldnt conceive anymore and here, stella says he was the only one allowed not to wear condoms.
so either a condom exploded (lol) or this baby is a miracle! LOL

sugar hated champagne in series one (that time in the spa institute with kim and stella, and the other time at the very end when she wants to put "a little sugar in champagne").
this year she seems to really enjoy it (with dimitri or again with kim and saint).

1. - brighton isn't that small - kim is prob quite ashamed of the way she treated beth - so prob wouldn't wanna contact her - am sure loads of ppl who finish with each other never see each other again.
2. kim's lil brother has reamined strange - the only thing that have changed have been his obsessions - however this is very typical of a teenage boy - they go thru phases - n there was a 18 month gap between the series'
3. Kim's parents knew that she n sugar shaged - n know that kim is a lesbian. when sugs moves in with them in ep4 - nathan assumes that they r still shagging - so they obv knew about it - don't see what there is to explain?

i was thinking. in sugar rush's spirit, what if stella's baby were black?? we were told in series 1 nathan cant have children anymore. but stella says he's the only one not to use condoms, right.
so either it's a script mistake or stella is sure that the baby is nathan's and big surprise when he/she is born : the baby's black. could be the neighbour's.... condom accidents happen more often than we think so...
i'm pretty sure if there's a third series that it wont be nathan's baby. would be too easy! LOL but in the show's spirit, would be fun to have a black baby!
