the wire the shield band of brothers oz battlestar galactica rome homicide 24 sopranos there is some seriously good US shows out there- tv is where its at at the mo- films haven't excited me like tv shows in years... sadly there is also a lot of trash and many shows get cancelled, even critically acclaimed shows like deadwood... dubs

I think you are totaly out if line coming on here and talkin about religion like that. the 'invisible man' is for people to decide whether he is real or not .. not for you to come on here and talk bout him like he a load of crap. Do you not believe in anything?? Religion is a HUGE thing it may even be the biggest thing in the world .. it influence everything not just TV. No your right religion, wel God himself cannot be proven to have lived or be real but thats the point in it .. you have to believe wether ther is proof or not. have you ever lost anyone close to you? No dont change it .. iv had a very bad day and mostly that was my uncle hes very very very religiouse.. so im sorry if we caused any upset ... my family lost sumone today so emotions are running high. Well that was abit heavy guys, but understand where you are both coming from, and my condolences too JOsH, it is a long road ahead of you, but you'll get there.   And to get back on track, with respect of course, my fav prog at present is Life on Mars and Hotel Babylon!! Both good fun, and escapism. Before these came on, my fav was the trial and retribution series, excellent stuff. R.I.P. Charlie Stubbs R.I.P. Snuffles/Padfoot TWS, my man

Ooh i liked trial and retribution! One of the better crime type shows. Although i found it did get slightly repetitive at the end. Haven't been watching Hotel Babylon this time around but watched most of the first series.

Trial & Retribution was GREAT and Babylon has not disappointed so far, but we did really enjoy Season 1. In fact, you reminded me, look on ebay or play dot com  Hope that doesn't get me banned

missing so many great tv shows!!! THE OC Grey's Anatomy Spooks 24 Desperate Housewives ... also i know its not on anymore but Six feet under was amazing!! but out of these my faves are Scrubs and ER!! both so great in their own way... but i chose ER cause no1 else seemed to be picking it!

I've only just recently started to watch Scrubs but now i absolutely love it!! It's so funny!! Yup, i like ER too along with One Tree Hill which got my vote and The O.C, oh and now scrubs being my 4 fave shows currently on tv!
