Umm... I think, possibly, Mallory. I actually like them both so that's quite a hard choice. Lionel Tribbey or Oliver Babbish?

Babish..every time. I _love_ him. That bit with the mallet...
Noel or In Excelsis Deo for a Christmas ep? IED for me as I love Toby.
|
| |
|

|
Ooh, tricky!!! Em... I think Noel as it's full of Josh and so heartbreakingly painful but... IED was a wonderful ep and it was the ep in which Josh gave Donna "The Art and Artistry of Alpine Skiing" by Heimlich Beckengruber. What more could a girl want...apart from skis!?!?! So... 20 hours in LA or
20 hours in America?

20 hrs in America College Kids, or The Red Mass?

College kids. Cliff Calley or Jack Reece?

Cliff Calley, liked how he helped out Leo in the hearings. Toby's dad, or CJ's dad?

Good one! Um...Toby's dad - he's got such an interesting history. Matt Santos
or
Arnold Vinick?

Definitely Santos. In some ways Vinick is the better candidate, but I love Santos' honesty and attitude towards the campaign. Its Surely to Their Credit, or Drought Conditions?

And It's Surely to their Credit. Definately. Really can't get into season 6 so much. Still yearning for the Sorkin years.... okay, for best season finale: Memorial day or Twenty Five?

Tough one, but i'll go for Memorial Day. 25 was a good ep, but I think the end of the previous one, with Leo running to tell Jed about Zoe, would have made a great dramatic cliffhanger. Charlie or Toby?

I so agree!!! Em...Toby - hand down, it has to be Toby!!! Toby and CJ Or Toby and Andy?

Toby and CJ. CJ just seems to understand him in a way Andy never did. The live debate ep in S7; good idea or bad idea?

I so agree! I was absolutely heartbroken for Toby when she rejected his proposal. That moment when she said, "You're too sad for me." I could have wept! Great idea, I think. What I think they should have done following the debate was to arrange for the viewers to vote on who they think should win and actually write that into the script!!! Real power to the people!!! Um... Josh and Donna or Josh and Amy or Josh and Mandy?
JOSH: I'm thinking of firing you. DONNA: You fired me twice already tonight--I'm impervious.

Josh and Amy. Although Josh and Donna clearly love each other, I think that if they ever got together it would only be a let down after so much romantic tension. Better gift; book on skiing, or smoking jacket?

Ooh... interesting comment! Can't agree, though! I HATE AMY!!!!! but... I'd be happy seeing Donna together if they did it at the very end of the last series so we didn't get the anti-climax of Niles and Daphne or David and Maddie (Moonlighting). Eh...skiing book 'cause it's got a note in it and we don't know what the note says!!!! Worst political gaffe: Josh's messing up with a senator over a useless defence programme (pre-Shutdown) or Sam's hashing up of the attack video, when he handed it over to the opposition and thus gave them free media or CJ's "the President is relieved" comment when talking about sending troops into battle.
JOSH: I'm thinking of firing you. DONNA: You fired me twice already tonight--I'm impervious.

CJ's gaffe. Although the other two were bad, I think a mistake by the person who is the public face of the administration does the most damage. Pretending you were Jenny (in Five Votes Down), would you have left Leo, or understood how important the work was and stayed with him?

Wow, the game is evolving into something quite cerebral isn't it!! We're obviously enoying this far too much and need to get a life! It's a really good question, too... If I were Jenny... well, don't remember an exact year being referenced, but they were obviously married for a lot of years. I guess she got tired of waiting. The thing is, when you marry someone like Leo, you must know that this is the sort of life you are accepting - "love me, love my job" - for people who are in politics at that level, it's not a job it's a life and thus, none of them have successful private lives, except the President and that's only because his staff possibly put in more hours than he does... I serve at the pleasure etc... So I guess I probably would have stuck with him (because I would have knowingly made a commitment to such a life) but I can understand that her patience finally wore out. I don't know if I could forgive Leo for saying his job was more important than his marriage at that moment. I know why he said it, but no job is more important than a meaningful life with someone you love. There will always be someone else to step in and do the job - no one is expendable. I'd like to think a man would put me ahead of his work... What do you think? Okay I like your idea of "what would you do?" - so I'll try and think of another... If you were Josh in the Kign Corn ep, would you have knocked on Donna's door or crept back across the corridor and sat in your room sulking?

I think I would have knocked on her door. Personally I always regret what I dont do more than what I have done. Which scene is more moving.... When Abby tells Leo about Jeds' MS OR When Toby admits to CJ that his brother commited suicide (when everyone had assumed he died of cancer) OR When Leo holds the press conference to go public about his drug/drink history?

Ooh, good one. Definately, for me, Toby, because he so rarely let's anyone in and he was in such pain. My heart broke for him. Okay, funniest scene: Josh's pwess bwiefing or Josh's hangover (red panties round his neck) or Donna's naivety when she thinks there's a missile silo under the Eisenhower Putting Green?
JOSH: I'm thinking of firing you. DONNA: You fired me twice already tonight--I'm impervious.

|
nope.. for me..
Toby and Charlie..
'the scene with saying stu winkle and the salad'
"by the way i could cover this thing in barbecue sauce and it would still taste like the ground"
|
| |
|

|
if i had to pick then,
pwess bweefing
ok
Ainsley in the black dress
"you'd make a good dog break its leash"
or
Amy in the red dress
"wh... what?..",
|
| |
|

|
Yeah, I think the whole Ainsley thing for me. Amy just annoys the hell out of me , so don't really like anything to do with her!!! I also didn't mean to suggest that those 3 particular scenes were the funniest EVER!!! Just wondered which of the 3 you found the funniest!!! Which of these Donna moments do you like best? Donna and the underwear
Or
Donna in 24 Hours in America - the "can I have the table?" scene when she put Josh and Toby in their places...
Or
Donna on her first love - when she astounded Josh with the whole "you were sixteen?" thing
or
any other scene I haven't mentioned?
