It really doesn't look good on c4 getting season 6 also not to scare anyone but on the official forum there have been rumours doing the rounds that Third Watch is coming to an end. Nooooooooo!!!! but I guess it may have already come to an end for us, poor souls who rely on C4. Cruz = alien - yes that makes sense! Been saying that for a while. She was so horrid from what I saw of her in season 5 and she did play a part in Bosco's bro getting killed - it was her idiocy that led to the death of Mann's son. She should have been up on a manslaughter charge - she might as well have pulled the trigger herself, She caused all that mayhem! Maybe she will become reformed in s6 - but she was still a witch in s5! and don't worry - we won't let anyone forget it! quote:

****BREAKING NEWS****** will wonders never cease?! on the tw uk site a poster apparently received a response from c4 saying they planned to repeat series 5 (i would have loved them to have started with those missing series 3 eps but never mind) at some point this year but also they are WAITING FOR A DECISION as to whether they can obtain the rights to series 6!! get those vcr's ready ladies!! (especially you fi!) **********************************************

fi from what i can tell rumours about tw's demise have always surrounded the show. in the US the show pulls in roughly 11 million viewers which means it's the no 1 rated show on a friday night. however, it does not get that much publicity, and compared to desperate housewives (which gets 30 million viewers), it's still a small show which is why these rumours always surface. i wouldn't worry though, the show still seems to be going from strength to strength and i know it's getting some amazing guest stars this season too...so i'd say no need to panic just yet.

i dont see why it would be canceled,they picked it up last year for 13 eps when it had average ratings.on friday its ratings have gone up from last year and now beats JAG,which has never been beaten on a Friday.also the crossover with Medical Investigation might bring in new viewers,to be honest it wouldnt make much sense to cancel it now,it made more sense to cancel it last year,but ratings are yp.sure,it is not a big show in the scheme of things,but NBC are winning Friday with it,and lets face it,Joey was flop,ABC are kicking ass with Lost and DH,i tihnk NBC needed to keep winning that night.

We spend time talking about Cruz- only we spend time discussing all the things we dislike about her - haven't been on TW.net forum but I wonder how many posts are from people who actually can't stand her and question the mad demonic things that she does...on the other hand I bet the majority of Bosco posts are all about the love for the great man Well I hope TW is not finishing (you guys know a lot on the American ratings situation, thanks for the info)- but there is no escaping that there seems to have been a mass exodus of it's main stars (I still miss Bobby, I know - get over it). There are even rumours that Jason Wiles is off (I didn't want to even mention it - it is unthinkable!!!!). But I know that people leave - problem is, in my mind the show is still being carried by the season one heavy weights. The only 'new' character who I think is 'worthy' of being called great character is (dare I say it) Cruz. Hey I don't like her - but she is not supposed to be a likeable character (do you hear that tvnutz) - we don't like her, so she does her job well. But as a charcter I have to give it to her- she is where the drama is and she adds to it - I'm not sure if new charcters like Monroe have had that sort of impact yet - but Cruz definately has. Alex another 'new' character who had that sort of impact but they killed her off. Don't know what the rest of you think -Maybe I'm forgetting some vital characters but Cruz is the only one that springs to my mind. I'm glad that c4 might repeat season 5 (I'll get my tapes ready) - although thats a bit annoying -I need to see season 4!!!  and they've got to let us see season 6, it would be cruel not to |

well now,its more of a laugh annoying you gals with cruz here than setting up a cruz thread! lol and many do like her and many dont,but thats why they like her.Thats a reason i like her,she's not a goody goody,she's tough and she kicks some serious ass,especially in season 6! |

cruz - i think everything that needs to be said about her has been said very well by happy rainbow and fi - i totally agree with their assessments. she is the most explosive character after bosco, but that's just it - she would have not registered on our radar at all of it hadn't been for him. the only reason we discuss her is for her relationship with him, as fi said. you could even say she is the Anti-Bosco....

I have to agree with Bosco's Lady - My family are Arsenal all the way, although have to agree - Roy Keane is the legend, shame he plays for Man U. Bosco = good, Cruz = bad. Thats the way it is. was nicole the rich one who owned the clothes store (sorry its been a LONG time since i saw the early seasons) i remember one after he had broken up with her - didnt she send him poisoned flowers?
why did he break up with her? was she the one that turned up to the station JUST wearing a fur coat? (see tvnutz - noone has done that for cruz!)
i hope you are right on the reshowing of season 5 - im in withdrawal - any episodes will be gratefully received! pity they cant reshow season 4 - the one they cut to pieces - and put it on in middle of night uncut.
