No it's S4 from where it left off before they took it off the new season is online only at mo and i've been watching it and there's gonna be a 6th series

ONE TREE HILL SEASON 5 - UK PREMIERE - 10.03.08

The premiere for Season 5 of One Tree Hill in the
UK has been confirmed as being on Monday 21st April
at 9pm on E4. And because it's airing at 9pm none of the
episodes will be in an edited format as they were during
the original Season 4 airing in 2007.

I've been keeping up with America & have to say that so far I love this season, it's probably one of the best (even though there isn't alot of Brucas in it) but Chad is looking hotter this season

Is it def true that the 5th series starts on E4 on the 21st April???

Im eager to know with the 4th series coming to end on E4 next Monday!!

Is there any adverts on e4 for the new series yet?

There prob wnt be an ad for S5 for sm tm yet, because according to C4 the new season wnt be startng nxt wk on E4 after all, and will air sm tm in May.

Heres a section of the email they sent regarding my enquiry.

i've actually been really bad and had a friend in states record them for me and send them over!!!!

Haha same same, they're like, half way through the 5th season almost there. It's still really good 4 years on.

yeh it was like episode 13 last week and 14 is next week! i wish they wouldn't keep skipping weeks tho! lol! damn the writers strike!! hopefull when they air them here they should be able to run them every week without the gaps!!!

I wasn't sure how i was gonna like it with it bein 4 years ahead but i actually think i prefer it! you kinda forget that it was ever even set in high school really

they skipped this week tho didn't they? cos i thought that it was really odd considering the strikes now over? do u know how many episodes are in this series (season 5)?

And i've found out that there is defo gonna be a season 6! woohoo! (sorry if thats already been posted - i didn't fancy reading 144 pages of posts! lol)
