gemmzie, Nip/Tuck is fantastic and I love Julian McMahon, he's as gorgeous in this as he was as Cole in 'Charmed' but how have you been watching the 2nd season of Nip/Tuck? (I'm jealous ) I thought it was only on in America at the moment.

It is, I've been downloading it because there is nothing decent on UK TV at the moment. I was only going to watch the first one but I got hooked right back in again! I can't wait for next weeks, although it will be my last one for a while...

Thanx for letting me know that gemmzie. I thought the only way you could be watching it was if you had been in America recently. I didnt know you were just plain clever How do you do that then or can you not say? (I only know how to switch the pc on and type )
I'd love to see some Charmed DVDs but you know how mean the WB is for releasing them. I use a bit torrent network, but I only watch them once and then delete them.

Well put!! Even if the series sucked (which it didn't) it's well worth watching for Julian McMahon getting his kit off. I'll definately be watching it again on 4 .
I watched the whole series on Sky and it is absolutely brilliant. Wish i hadn't so i could be seeing it for the first time on C4! Really recommend it very heavily.
I would just like to add that Julian McMahon is absolutely gorgeous. I watch crappy episodes of Charmed just to see him when he takes his top off. What a babe!!!

Well this series certainly lives up to expectation based on the first epsoide, it's very dark and bring up a lot of moral question about plastic surgury. We got these two main chacter Sean and Christian who own a private plastic surgury practice for 10 years. These two chacter are different from each other by one thing ethical practice. Sean has a family unlike Christian who is a playboy. Sean wants to help people but Christian wants to do vanity operation on people, a perfect example would that model he picked up in the bar who really doesn't need plastic surgury but he suggest plastic surgury to her however later Sean has to fix Christian mistakes, it seems he does that on a regular basis.
The gangster that loves children wanting a facial rejuvenation offers $30,000. of course Christian does it when Sean find out he angry at him so he decides to leave unfounatly because there both signed contract Sean has to buy out his share, which he doesn't have. Eventually this get all sort out by the end of the epsoide when gangster get killed in Sean operating room while Christian dealing with Slivo who has put 10 botox injection into him in everywhere. Despite being a self-fish person it took it all 10 so that Sean doesn't suffer which shows how strong there friendship is. Mind you it was his fault that he took job on gangster. Now there have a dead body and there did to get rid of it so Sean remember what his son told him about crocodiles.
Sean family ain't exactly rosy his wife Julia want a boob operation but Sean thinks she doesn't so doesn Christian who fancies her but say exactly the samething. His marriage is on the rocks and it look like by the end of first season there will end up in divorce
It's funny to read your write-up bala, things you see the first time that look different the second time. I'd forgotten how great that pilot episode was and how stupid Matt's hair is...lol.

I watched this again last night, having seen it already on Sky - brillant series its witty, dramatic, sexy, full of surprises; its very addictive Great work by the special effects department

I really liked the bit in the pilot when troy went to see his partner (I don't know his name) and Troy just screamed 'try me!'. I thought that was fantastic. But are all Americans obsessed with circumsicion?
