Will do. Missed Alias last night deliberately to watch Closer on DVD. Was that an error on my part or did we get another disappoiting episode?

why would u miss an episode of a show you have watched for 5 years when there are only 3 eps left???  It wasnt a bad episode,some good stuff,Vaughan and Sark are back aswell which is always good,Anna is dead and Sydney is posing as Anna

I'll be watchin the last three episodes but i've been finding this season to be a letdown to be honest.

i have actually liked this season,I think it has been better than last.

I've been disappointed with this season too. We were told it would ramp up but I don't really feel it has.
7 years ago I was recruited by a secret branch of the CIA called sd-6. I was sworn to secrecy, but I couldn't keep it from my fiance, and when the head of sd-6 found out, he had him killed. That's when I learned the truth, sd-6 is not part of the CIA, I'd been working for the very enemy I thought I was fighting against. Now I'm a double agent for the real CIA where my handler is a man named Michael Vaughn. Only one other person knows the truth about what I do, another double agent inside sd-6, someone I hardly know, my father. <o>

I dont think it has been amazing or anything,but I have actualy enjoyed the individual episodes,with rambaldi only coming back towards the end. I think Amy Acker has been a great addition,and I really like Rachel...where has that actress been? For some reason i just think she is one of the most beautiful women on earth forget all the super models,she is amazing.

5.1 was pathetic, 5.2 - after it came back - was loads better, but still not great. JG's pregnancy realy messed things up, but you cant really complain about it too much. As for Rachel Nichols, she was in The Amityville Horror, aside from that I haven't seen her in anything. And yes, Amy Acker was excellent, there's something very  about her as a bad girl

ooooo,i have not bothered gettting the amityville horror because it looks crap,but Ill have to get it now lol Amy Acker is great,she was great as the loveable character (Fred in Angel) and she is equally great at being evil...Illyria and Peyton.

The show hasn't been the same since season 3. I'm a massive fan and its really sad that I feel this way! For me season 5 has just been really lame with really bad writing and some of the worst acting I've seen in all of the history of Alias, especially from the main characters which is disappointing. I hope it can be saved by an amazing last few episodes but I'm not holding my breath...

The actress who plays rachel also guest starred in Sex And The City too. I recognised her from that.

I enjoyed last nights episode. The rambalie element was just right and I got a real sense of something big being set up rambaldiesque for the finale. Everythings getting serious and racing towards a climax now, I feel it in my bones... I am a bit disappointed that Bravo are not showing the finale as 1 episode but as 2 seperate episodes. C'mon Bravo! Sort it out!

I've got into 24 to fill the gap and I love that. Nearly finished season 4 DVD so then I'll need season 5 and just wait for season 6!

Well it's all over and I'm left feeling a little under whelmed. I expect something more from the finale. I wanted true apocalyptic danger that was terrifying and where no one would be safe. Not another Sloane and Irina plan like in Sovogda. What was with the horizon anyway? And why did Slaone come backl to life?! It just felt like they were building up to something massive Rambaldi related but all they had to do was stop some missiles which was easily enough done. On the plus side, it was great to see more of Sydney's past and there were some hugely emotional scenes, especially when Syd said goodbye to a dying Jack. Overall, this should have been so much more but at least it was consistent with the rest of the fifth series...

ye it was a bit up and down,so rambaldi's whole big plan was immortality? ok,cool idea,but years of building it up,it seemed like much much more. and jack died...poop but sloane trapped under that cave forever....*shudder*

I had so many holes I wante dto pick with the finale, but it's been so long since I watched it that I've forgotten what happened.......... The stuff with Irina was stupid though, they ruined her character

The ending did leave it open for more Alias though. I wouldn't be surprised if we hadn't seen the end of Alias although I doubt it will happen. Still, if Futurama can do it...
