Sorry i haven't been on for a while peeps but my laptop is on the blink so only get chance to come on every now and then when im at a frieds house or something. So, when i do come on the next time i really do hope that this forum hasn't been axed, because if this goes as well of the actually programme that will be harsh. In the run up to Xmas i become all family orientated, luv'd up and notalgic. So ... i was planning on re-watching the whole of series 1 + 2 in the run up to Xmas, taking in a few series a week, just like it wud be played on TV.

No, but season 5 of the L-Word starts on Jan 6, so you've got 4 seasons of that to catch up on before then!

Apparently the music companies wanted up to £100,000 per song if it went onto the DVD, so alternative music had to be chosen. That's normal practise. A friend of mine mentioned it re the Sopranos DVDs too.

Well I'm reading Sweet at the moment, but 100 pages in, I think it's pretty-much garbage, lazily referring to the Shine production in places merely for a bit of continuity. I'm not expecting a TV series from it, either - rather than tension/romance/fun between two characters, its just a feeble attempt at comedy based on one not-very-interesting character.
I too heard about BBC3 picking up another series of Sugar Rush, the email only stated they were "looking into it" and presumably talking with the production company - I don't think it has anything to do with Channel 4 now so they are free to pick the show up if they finally decide to, come on BBC!!
