Hi, I'm a student doing my media A level at the moment and for my Critical Research Project I've chosen to discuss the representation of social issues within TV drama, focusing on Brothers and Sisters.
It would be very helpful for me if those who have watched the show could tell me what they think of it and specifically focusing on the social aspects of the show.
Political references (the dispute between kitty and nora over the war and justin...robert's run for president etc.)
Representation of homosexuality (is Kevin stereotypical...scotty...chad...jason)
Family relationships (relationship between mother and daughter, mother and son etc)
Drug abuse (justin, rehab etc)
Your views of the representation of the war in the middle east.
