The ep was "Gone Quiet" and just realised that the actual quote was either cj, or toby on relaying it to others.

"Oh, this is perfect, you know that? This is a perfect metaphor. After you’re gone,
and the poets write, “The Legend of Josiah Bartlet,” let them write you as a tragic
figure, sir. Let the poets write that he had the tools of greatness, but the voices
of his better angels was shouted down by his obsessive need to win."

yep...it's Gone Quiet, and it's Josh that says "It's the 'basically' that makes it art" in response to the speaker's answer to the question.

i guess it's up to me for another one...

*sung while snapping* "Boy, boy, crazy boy...stay cool boy..."

yep, cj to sam, and it's (i believe) HR-172 (you know, the one with the censure, not sure if the number's right)

yours has got to be In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, dunno whether it's part I or II. i'm not sure who said it, but in my head it sounds right as either josh or cj.

Whats next is Bartlet to the Josh and Sam in a flashback episode, In the Shadow of Two Gunmen.

He was explaining that when he says 'Whats next he means that he was done with the subject. I find its a very effective tool in meetings myself.

What about this one

"A bucket of black paint a bucket of white paint bam bam job done"
