It's been confirmed then that Max is leaving.. so what happens to Tom? Does he leave with Max? Goes to stay with Mandy? Or does Steph look after him?

From what ive heard Cindy is coming back permanatley so i bet she will have him.

No one seems to have considered Steph yet. She'd probably have a case for custody, although that would place him in line of the Frankie child-sucking vortex.
