OK, so max is leaving. Theres a strong chance that max is going to die . What will happen to Tom?

I think Steph will get custody of him and they'll live together in Max's flat.

maybe Clare will return to claim custody for him? I guess Steph, OB, Mandy, Cindy could be looking after him. Or perhaps Tom could be the answer to Tony and Jaqui's problems even thought he'll be 8 and a 1/2

Cindy may try to gain custody of Tom. but Mandy was named in Mr C's will as having joint custody of Tom, so she might enforce that right, even though she gave Max sole care of Tom.

Maybe Tom dies. Matt Littler did an interview in Inside Soap this week and he said he just filmed a scene with Jack in the pub after this big event happened. They were talking about his dad etc etc. He also said that nobody will be expecting it.

I think either the Osbournes will adopt him or Steph will bring him up, But who knows.

The producers should keep him in it(providing his family don't take him out) think in the future Tom at the high school and the college maybe turning into a bad boy cos of all the tragedy he has been through
