Was it ever confirmed as to who is charlie's dad? If not- when?

it was neva confirmed. jake did the dna test but ripped up the results and told everyone he was the dad

Justin is the dad - its planned to come out soon

how i think the paternity wil come out:
nency addicte4d to the pills, leaves charlie in danger, eg, in baby chair on table in house but not strapped in, he falls (dont see fall on screen, its hinted at). charlie rushed to hosp where he is seriously injured. jake arrives and is screaning at nancy who is in hysterics (crying). doc says he has internal bleeding and needs tansplant or blood transfusion and (for soap plot )only family will do. nancy is unsuitable and she is same blood type as dead mum therefore becca couldnt have helped either. jake offers but doc comes back with devastating conclusion. leads to mass confusion before the realisation justin is daddy. jake pretends its a mistake but eventually he reveals he never looked at test. nancy and the osborn/deans are furious as justin is in shock but donates and saves his son who he renames charlie burton. this helps him decide to get warren locked up and jake has nothing as family still wont talk to him.

no matter what you think of either character what jake has done re charlie is unforgivable becasue of the devastation it will cause and the only reason he claimed charlie besides loving him like justin, thinking he could have a future with beccawhich he wouldnt have if it was baby burton etc was to take somethinmg from justin as hed taken something from him.

I like the first bit of that story...

This is only an idea. This is how i want it to come out and also he will rename the child Charlie Burton because he isnt gong to keep Charlie Dean and cant name him Hayton as Becca was officially a Dean when she died.

He will rename the child that as it will be Justin's son and his names Burton.

it cant b justins it will b unfair on Jake if it is true
