iv never liked her in the past but i think its a pure sin for her that shes getting no say in this whole custody thing with charlie, and warren and all these other folk are getting involved.
i would have thought that being charlies only blood relative involved she would have had more say than anythng......maybe it doesny work like that but i would have thought it did!dont know how frankie gets custody....just doesnt make sense!
Actually, if you have no blood relation to a child, but do have a notable connection and are found to be the best caregiver, you can gain custody.
I doubt Jake would get even a ghost's chance given his mental health, but Frankie could have a case. Having been granted the right to foster, she's already gone through the process of certification once, it's likely she'd pass again.
What irritates me is the way they're showing Nancy as having little to no chance of gaining him, and not having her mother try at all. The maternal grandmother in this case would have the best shot, I think. A blood relation, a more stable home life than Nancy or Frankie could offer, and the financial side of it all.

as unfair as it may seem- i gess justin will get the main say in who gets charlie.
