If she wasn't his teacher it wouldn't be illegal as he's over 16.
god how many times do i have to post this:
recent changes to the law (sexual offences act 2003) states that any person in a position of trust e.g teachers, police, social workers, carers etc cannot have a sexual relationship with anyone under the age of 18!
she might not be pregnant but if she was we would all totally know that it would be justins because she is always sleepin with him and it does seem like that with jake. also i think that whem jake and becca do have sex she would always remember to take the pill seeing as they are in the other room but when she does it with justin she might be still get over the shock and forget
