There has been a lot of discussion about this on another thread,and it was blocking it up,so i just thought i'd make a new one.Does anyone think there is any truth in the rumour that Gerard mccarthy and devon anderson have been suspended? I would really miss kris(not that bothered about sonny)and i wondered if it is true,why were they suspended?

I'm not sure,someone said they were constantly late or something like that.It's just a rumour though,so don't get too upset!

why was they suspended for sonny wont be bcos it is all this stuff with michaela and kris has some storylines to so i dunno

Episodes are filmed six weeks in advance, so if he has been suspended then it won't become apparent for about 6 weeks or so. Him appearing in this weeks and the next few weeks episodes will have no bearing on him being suspended recently (if he has of course!).

It would be in the magasines if they had. and i know someone said Hollyoaks doesn't get that much publicity but something like that would. The soap mags would be all over it. Wanting to know exactly what happened. And Kris is one of the most popular characters. They'd be mad to suspend him. I'd be glad to see Sonny go however.

Like the above poster said suspension means that they only be gone for a few weeks. (Suspensions in soap tend to be between 4-8 weeks long).

I'm not sure whether the rumours are true though. We just have to wait and see.
