So why would the doctor be informing Kris he has HIV? Because the doctor would think Kris already knew based on his answer.

Just watched it again on the omnibus, it definitely said 'Are you HIV Positive?'

So this story doesn't make sense for the reason I said above.

Even if the nurse filled it out on Kris's behalf, the doctor would still believe Kris was already aware of having HIV.

Unless the form was filled in by the clinic (wherever the blood tests were sent to). Although it makes no sense that the nurse wouldn't have seen a big yellow box saying 'alert the doctor' if it had really been there all along.

Plus, do we know if Will actually gets found out, or if he's just 'thwarted'.... I hate Will!
