How do you know 100% that Tina will lose the baby?

Also, if Mandy is coming back then she would get custody of Tom rather than Tony because Tom is actually her brother.

Maybe Mady comes back and gets custody of Tom but she decides to let Tony take him in so tom doesnt have to adapt to another place, or Tom doesnt want to leave.

Hopefully Max wont die, but if he does it will be a sad one.
