is fletch not josh's cousin, meaning that either susanne or neville are his aunt and uncle? why are they not worried about him?

Suzanne and Neville dont know the extent of Fletches addiction. I think they no hes taken drugs before but they dont know hes hooked. I thought Suzanne would notice the signs with her being a nurse...

I think Fletchs mum is Suzannes sister isn't she? Also i think that in the next week or so they do finally realise the extent of his problem.

But she isn't a very good nurse if she doesn't notice the signs of the illnesses that happens in her family is she

Its pretty common for doctors/nurses not to spot things in their own families, simply because they dont think of looking at them in that way. THe last thing Suzanne thought was Hannah having an eating disorder, Fletch being a smackhead.. even Josh being a little depressed at times.

When Nurses/Doctors are working they are looking for things since they know something is wrong with whoever they are treating. Hope that made sence lolz

I can understand that, my aunt who is a nurse didn't notice any of my symptoms when i got my diabetes but its just that Suzanne seemed to be a bit lost once she has found out but i guess that just because its her family.

Yes,something was mentioned last week about Fletch"s mum being Suzannes sister.

They do help soon though - It says in this week's inside soap that Fletch moves in with them and after they catch him injecting with a needle they are horrified at the extent of his addiction and lock him in a room cold turkey
