yeah it is. I'm probably wrong but, maybe it was OB that pushed Clare, cause if its him he'd go to prison and that could be the cause of his leave. Thats my theory anyway. x

No its not true, he is around for the near future and after all this hoohaa has settled down with clare being pushed and tom going into care. Max and OB find themselves two pretty tasty girls that they settle down with. Whether he leaves with his new girlfriend is beyond my knowledge but I know this girfirend stuff starts at the end of the summer-christmas time before a huge christmas shocker of CLARES RETURN.

actually, it wasnt just wiki that said it. at least 2 tv mags i read said it as well. tv easy said for the episode after "o.b. is trying to come to terms with max's death". i read it before xmas and believed it until i actually saw him waking up on boxing day.
