I quite like this storyline between these two, it's something that i wouldn't be able to believe in if it were real life but thats what saops are for, right? But im even more so looking forward to this: "Kieron leaps to John Paul's defence and re-enacts the Birdie Dance with full gusto."
I can just picture it now

Jake Hendriks is one of the few really good actors on the show. His facial expressions are so realistic. I love the way Kieron steals glances at JP. I don't know what is going to happen but it would be a shame if Kieron was just being used as a plot device for Naill's revenge. The character could really be developed. Why did Kieron move to Hollyoaks, was he kicked out of another parish for having an affair with a man? Why is Kieron a priest when he obviously hasn't resolved the "celibacy" issue? Does he have HIV? Who is his family? I think there will be an uproar if Kieron is killed for a couple of reasons. First of all, Jake Hendriks is just a good actor and Kieron is very likeable and seems to have chemistry with any character he interacts with. Secondly, killing a priest isn't going to sit well with alot of viewers. Third of all, killing a gay priest is REALLY going to be shocking and nauseating.
I'm not denying these spoilers are true as I've heard them somewhere else. I just can't believe within four weeks JP decides he loves Priesty and goes back on his word after that whole heart-to-heart he had with Hannah, and telling Kieron he's not in love with him and a relationship with him would not be worth it.
Obviously he needs to go back to him in order for Niall to have some fodder to work with, but saying he loves him is just utter tripe after everything he said at the beginning of this month. Unless there is some reason behind it that we don't know. Maybe Jake tells JP that Craig is with a woman or another man, which makes JP want to take comfort in him. Tis the only way I would believe it. Have to say that if he tells Keiron that, it might be a lie.

If they was going to kill him off why would they then put him in the opening credits? Beth was there for a few months and she was never in the credits was she? hmm...?

Summer was in the opening credits and then left within a few months. It means absolutely nothing.

Maybe Jake was put in the credits to fool us into believing he was there for the long haul ?'t
I hope Kieron doesn't die but may when JP says he loves him he means it in the same way Craig said he loved Sarah (but LOVED JP) I find it hard to believe the turnaround too but I'm sure it's there for a purpose.
Other characters who were on the show for longer than him like Spike never made it into the credits in fact they even left his name off a couple of episodes he was in!
