I dont think faking his death would get a loanshark off you. IF its a proper bank Im sure they anull the debts with teh debt but with an illegal loanshark, all they want is their money so the debt may be passed down to the next family member which would eithe rbe Frankie or Darren.

Suppose its feesable that it may happen. Jacks becoming more desperate to get cash to pay the debt off, even selling his ex-wifes ring to get a few hundred to offer them.

If he does fake his own death I imagine it'll be for the insurance money so he can then pay off the loansharks.

If it's from an illegal loanshark I don't think there is much they can do, if they come to Frankie or Darren to get the money then they can just go to the police and say they knew nothing about it.
