so it's been rumoured that justin is leaving and im pretty sure he will die so this is my theory of how it could happen
tell me what you all think

warren finds out that clare knows that he killed sean and knows she will go to the cops to get him out the way so she can have the club all to herself. he tells justin to kill clare or he will kill him and reminds him that if clare goes to the police justin will go down too. scared for his life and in acomplete mess justin does as warren asks. after several weeks justin can no longer handle the guilt warren picks up on this and drags him to an abandoned warehouse. they get in an argument and end up scrapping with justin managing to knock warren out. whilst he is out cold justin looks for a way out but cant find one so gets out his phone calls calvin and tells him everything calvin says he will be right there with back up. warren then wakes up and justin tells him its over and the police know everything and they are on their way. warren goes mad and pulls out a gun killing justin just as calvin and the cops arrive arrest warren and see justins body.

*claps hands*

His DNA will be found on Seans body.

Well Warren put gloves on when they got rid of the body and Justin didn't so his DNA will definatly be on the body.

Warren's DNA might have gone onto Sean's body - it doesn't just come off your hands. Maybe you're thinking of fingerprints?

DNA's in everything, even hair strands, blood etc.

yeah justin could be the 'mystery villager' who attacks clare..but no-one knows if she lives or dies i think that makes sense the whole warren/justin/clare story from iluvsethryan
